Your commission is based on your previous sales volume, if you are new to the industry, the split is 50/50, meaning if the sales commission is 6% of the sales price, and you as buyer's or seller's agent therefore earned a 3% commission, half of that will go to you and half of that will go to Sky Lodge Properties, Inc. You are expected to donate 3% of your commission to charity and to participate in our scholarship fund. The company is licensed in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and Minnesota, so if you like to spread your wings, you may! Montana entertains reciprocity with the following States: Alberta (Canada), Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and Wyoming.
