Here we have a nice 640 acres section. Most of the acreage is in hay and sometimes wheat. It is fully fenced for cows, and there is a strong well with pure water right in the middle of it. Electric is about half a mile away, so if you want to build a cabin you probably want to use an alternative method. The little cabin and wind generator you see in the photos is in the same section, the well is pumping 10GPM and the water is as pure as can be, since there is a natural carbon filter in form of a thin layer of coal before you reach the water supply.

This area is windswept prairie, with lots of antelopes and deer and the big sky you always hear about, stretching out all around you. It is very beautiful and peaceful out there; except for the Pheasants which like to wake you up each morning in the springtime and the chuckers, grouse or partridge which like to scare the bejeeves out of your horse!

One of the neighbors is renting the productive farm ground for about $ 1,600 a year. It is just a handshake agreement, but the crop for this year does not convey.
